White, Rhea Merle Anders ``Nanny''
A retired licensed practical nurse from Field Memorial Community Hospital, she died at 7:40 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006, at Wilkinson County Nursing Center in Centreville, Miss.
Born Aug. 26, 1922, she was 83, a resident of Centreville and native of Amite County, Miss.
Visiting at Newman Funeral Home in Centreville on Saturday, Feb. 11, from 9 a.m. until religious service in the chapel at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Frank Camp and the Rev. Kevin Sartin. Interment in Oaklawn Cemetery, Centreville.
She is survived by her three daughters, Lynn Bradley Mann and Rita White Scott, both of Centreville, and Jayne White Poole of Norwood; two sons, Jerry McLain of Holliday, Utah, and Raymond Martin White of Little Rock, Ark.; sister, Adine Wilson of Fayetteville, Ark.; two brothers, Raiford Anders of Centreville and Ben Anders of Gloster, Miss.; and 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Carrie Reeves Anders; husband, Will White; and two sisters and three brothers.
Pallbearers will be William Bentley, Kell Rish, Ryan Burns, Keith Scott, Keith DeSoto and Ray Anders.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Bob Lewis.
She was a member of Centreville United Methodist Church.
