Richard Dale Cole
Richard Dale “Fuzz” Cole, 56, retired employee of Union Carbide and resident of Mapleash Avenue, died Monday, September 11, 2006.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Smith officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The Maury County native was the son of the late William “Bill” Cole, Sr. and Christine Tucker Cole Hinson. He was a 1968 graduate of Haylong High School and a member of Enterprise United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife of thirty-five years, Donna Faye Inman Cole of Columbia; a brother, Harold (Amy) Hinson of Mt. Pleasant; and two nephews, Samuel “Sam” Hinson of Mt. Pleasant and John Michael Cole of Columbia.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William “Bill” Cole, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Aslinger, Terry Goodwin, Eddie Inman, Jacky Thompson, Billy Smith and Sam Hinson. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Yocom, employees of Maury County Animal Shelter, past and present employees of UCAR, and CCU and ICU Nursing staff at Maury Regional Hospital.
