RICHARD W. BELIN

Richard Wheeler Belin, 74, died Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Singing River Hospital in Pascagula where he had been for the past six days.

A native of Warren, Ark., but a resident of Kreole for many years, he was a carpenter by occupation.

The body was sent by train to Warren, Ark., by Fails Funeral Home in Moss Point. The Frazier Funeral Home in Warren will be in charge of the service.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. S. L. Seymour, Carlton, Ga.; Mrs. Fred Waites, Gonzales, La.; and Mrs. Howard Webb, Kreole; three sons, T. C. Belin, Chicago; Louis Belin, Milwaukee, Wis.; and Richard Belin Jr., Los Angeles, Cal.; three brothers, five sisters, and 10 grandchildren.
