Prominent Planter of Vernon Dies Tuesday

RUSTON, La., Nov. 10. -- Robert O. Breedlove, 65, prominent farmer and land-owner of Vernon, died at his farm home Tuesday morning.

He leaves a wife, six married daughters and three sons: Mrs. L. B. Hines, Mrs. A. H. Posey, Mrs. H. S. Thompson, Mrs. Ray [sic Roy] Bell, all of Ruston; Mrs. H. R. Gearding [sic Gerding], Oklahoma City; Mrs. Bill Edmonston [sic Edmiston], Vernon; Robert Breedlove, Jr., Shreveport; J. W. and Rufus Breedlove, Vernon.

Mr. Breedlove was a member of Ruston Lodge No. 106, A. & F. M. He will be buried with Masonic honors at Oak Ridge cemetery Wednesday evening.
