Services for Robert B. Pounds, 68, of Baytown were scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday at the Navarre's Paul U. Lee Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mack Cook officiating.
Pounds, a native of Angelina County and a Baytown resident since 1942, died Wednesday at a Baytown hospital.
He was retired from the mechanical department at Exxon, where he had worked 42 years. Pounds was a member of the Exxon Annuitants Club.
He is survived by his companion, Irene Allen; a son, Kenneth Pounds of Baytown; a daughter, Bobbie Sue Greene of Nederland; a sister, Mrs. A. C. Carlton of Baytown; and two grandchildren, Bert and Susan Greene of Nederland.
Burial will be at Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Lloyd, Don and Ray Kolb, A. C. Carlton, Cecil R. Singleton and Dillon Schoubrook.
Honorary pallbearers are Exxon annuitants and employees in Exxon's mechanical department.
Arrangements are under the direction of Navarre's Paul U. Lee Funeral Home.
