FORMER RESIDENT R. H. McDANIEL BURIED HERE

R. H. McDaniel 81, Pawhuska, former Comanche resident, died Sunday at a Bartlesville Hospital.

Service was at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday in the Morehead Funeral Home Chapel conducted by J.U. Bristo. Burial was in the Fairlawn Cemetery under direction of the Johnson Funeral Home of Pawhuska.

McDaniel was born Feb. 20, 1895 in Cleburne, Texas. He married Laura Lee Wilson on Sept. 18, 1915 at Comanche. He retired as maintenance supervisor for Tinker Air Force Base in 1962.

Survivors include his wife of the home, two daughters, Mrs. Dick Whetsell of Pawhuska and Mrs. Presley Ford, Jr., of Dallas, Tex.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
