Robert J. Parker

WINNFIELD -- Funeral services for Robert J. Parker, 60, of Sikes were to be held at 3 p.m. today in Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald McCormick and the Rev. Jack Head officiating.

Burial was to be in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral home of Winnfield.

Mr. Parker died Monday morning in the Winnfield General Hospital after a long illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emma G. Parker of Sikes; one son, Bobby R. Parker of Tioga; one daughter, Mrs. Bonnie Mott of Monroe; one brother, A. L. Parker of Sikes; one sister, Mrs. Blanche White of Sikes and six grandchildren.
