ROBERT STANLEY WALL
NEWTON -- Services for Robert Stanley Wall will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with the Revs. Steve Robinson and Larry Smith officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Springs Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wall, 61, of Newton, died Monday, June 11, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Wall of Newton; three daughters, Kathy Dorsett of Shiloh, N.C., Joan Grimes of Newton and Lynn Townsend of Union; a son, Michael Wall of Newton; a sister-in-law, Marie Wall of Baton Rouge, La.; a daughter-in-law, Sandra Wall of Forest; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Virgie Chapman Wall; a son, Robert Wall Jr.; and a brother, Ed Wall.
Pallbearers will be Emmitt Bolton, Jackson Grass, Paul Jones, David Cotton, Jerry Garrison, Eric Wall, Billy Wall and Frank Chapman.
Honorary pallbearers will be his co-workers, Terry Henderson, Larry Walker, Wayne Tolbert, Arthur Thompson, Rodney Henderson and Litton Duke.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
