Robert T. Wilson

WINNSBORO -- Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at Boeuf River Baptist Church for Robert Thomas Williamson [sic Wilson], 39, of Winnsboro.

The Rev. Harold Davis officiated with burial in New Ogden Cemetery under direction of First National Funeral Home here.

Mr. Wilson died Wednesday night at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe after a long illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Beverly McCarty Wilson of Winnsboro; two daughters, Misses Joyce Wilson and Vickie Wilson, both of Gueydan; two stepsons, James Dewey Polk and Lonnie Ray Polk, both of Winnsboro; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Gloria Jean Ingram and Miss Tammie Polk, both of Winnsboro; his father, H. E. Wilson of Electric Mill, Miss.; his mother, Mrs. Maloy W. Thornton of Winnsboro; two brothers, J. L. Wilson of Malasia and Sherman Wilson of Alexandria and three sisters, Mrs. Louise Foster of Vidalia, Mrs. Rachel Williamson and Mrs. Mickey Thorn, both of Winnsboro.
