Funeral services for Ronald D. ``Fats'' Tucker, were held at 3 p.m.
Friday, November 17, 2000 in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel,
Winnfield, LA with Revs. Wallace Ingles and Laverl Shell
officiating. Burial was in the Friendship Cemetery, Sikes, LA
under the direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield, LA.
Mr. Tucker, age 56 of Manchester, TN died Tuesday at the Coffee
County Medical Center in Manchester, TN. He was a member of the
First Baptist Church in Alsatia, LA.
Survivors are two daughters, Angela Lanier of Manchester, TN and
Rhonda Stone of Jacksonville, TX; his mother, Lillie Mae Tucker of
Sikes, LA; four brothers, Tommy Dean Tucker of Rusk, TX, Connie
Tucker and Lonnie Tucker, both of Sikes, LA, and Rick Tucker of
Sikes, LA; two sisters, Deborah Tucker of Shreveport, LA and Alice
Coonce of Dodson, LA; and five grandchildren, Amanda, Jessica,
Tiffany, Kailey and Tori.
Pallbearers were: Onnie Jordan, Robert Jordan, Gary Cater,
Michael Baker, Leonard Dowling and Johnny Dowling.
