Mrs. Smith

JENA (Special) -- Mrs. Rosa Smith, 76, of Jena died at her home Tuesday.

Funeral services were to be at the United Pentecostal Church at Whitehall by Rev. Leon Wright and Rev. Alton Fleming.

Burial will be in Heard Cemetery at Manifest.

Survivors are three sons, Charlie Smith of Jonesville, Willie Smith and George Smith, both of Jena; four daughters, Mrs. Jewel Wright of Angola, Mrs. Lillie Cockerham of Natchez, Miss., Mrs. Lessie Ford and Mrs. Bessie Brown, both of Jonesville; a brother, Walter Coleman of Jonesville; three sisters, Mrs. Sallie Collins and Mrs. Nettie Col[e]man, both of Jonesville, and Mrs. Lillie Davis of Jena; a half-brother, Bullard Tauntan [sic Taunton] of Jonesville; 23 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
