Mrs. Brownell, Urania, Expires

URANIA, La. -- Mrs. Rosa Mae Brownell, 56, a resident of Urania and a saleswoman for the Urania Lumber Co., died at 11:30 a.m. Monday at her residence.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Hankie Evans of Urania.

Remains will be taken to First National Funeral Home in Winnsboro by Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday from the chapel of First National Funeral Home. The time has not been set.

Interment will follow services in the Coax Cemetery near Winnsboro.

Rosa Mae Brownell

A former resident of Baskin, Mrs. Rosa Mae Brownell, died at home in Urania May 8.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First National Funeral home chapel, with the Rev. James McNair officiating. Burial followed in Coax cemetery.

Mrs. Brownell, 56, is survived by her mother, Mrs. Hankie Evans, Urania.
