Funeral services for Rosie Mae Parker, 63, of Delhi, were held at 10 a.m., Nov. 9, in New Hope Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Ragland and the Rev. W. W. Beville officiating.
Interment was in Harris Cemetery, under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.
A native of Winnsboro, she was born May 23, 1920. She was a housewife. She died on Nov. 7, 1983, following a brief illness.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Parker, Delhi; four daughters, Doris Wolf, Crowville, Bobbye Whaley, Benton, Peggy Cockerham, Delhi and Jane Rayborn, Crowville; three brothers, Ezra Buchan and C. J. Buchan, both of Crowville and Elvin Buchan, Little Rock, Ark.; one sister, Ethelle Pierce, Crowville; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Daniel Buchan, Wayne Buchan, Jerry Pierce, Ramage Parker, Herbert Parker and Sam Parker.
