Roy F. Whittington

Roy F. Whittington, 44 year old Bloomington native, died at his home in St. Louis, Mo., Sunday of a heart attack.

Funeral services will be in St. Louis Tuesday morning and burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery here at 2 p. m. Tuesday.

Mr. Whittington was born in Bloomington May 6, 1906, a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Whittington. He had been away from here about 20 years and was employed by the Pittsburgh Paint and Glass Company and Sherwin Williams Paint Company.

Surviving are his wife, Mae; a son, Dick, and the following brother and sisters; John Whittington, Dallas, Tex.; Mrs. H. A. Iungerich, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. William Merna, Peoria; Mrs. John Marinchek, 1909 S. Main St., and Mrs. Leland Sherrill, 35 White Place.

His parents and a brother preceded him in death.
