Ruberta Belle Pearson

GREENWOOD, LA -- Graveside services for Ruberta Belle Pearson, 82, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2012 at Forest Park West Cemetery.

Ruberta was born on April 13, 1930 in Cypress, LA and passed away on December 27, 2012. She was a resident of Greenwood, LA and a Baptist. She was retired from the Credit Bureau as a collection agent.

Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Myrtle Lester; brothers, L.C. and Fred Lester; sister, Doris Bruner and grandson, Michael Joseph Guy, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, John Edward Pearson; sons, John Ralph Pearson, and Donald Edward Pearson (Donna); daughter, Donna Ruth Guy (Michael); grandchildren, Angela Vela, Lisa Guy, Amanda, Travis and Ryan Pearson; brother, James Lester.
