Rubie Voelker, died October 17, 1991 in State College, Pennsylvania, where she had moved to be with her son and daughter-in-law after the death of her husband, Mark T. Harris. Born in Taylor, Texas, July 7, 1900, she moved to Oklahoma City with her family in 1906. A longtime member of St. Luke's Methodist Church and the Couples Class. Member of Chapter DP of PEO.
She is survived by her son, Wendell V. Harris of State College, Pennsylvania.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 21, at 2:00 p.m. in the Watchorn Chapel of St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends in the church library during the hour before the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests gifts to the Memorial Fund of St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
