RUBY LEE HILTON FUNERAL SERVICES HELD WEDNESDAY

Services were conducted Wednesday afternoon for Ruby Lee Hilton, a former Kingston resident, who died Saturday in Birmingham, Ala. She was 86 years old.

Mrs. Hilton was born July 9, 1895, in Texas and moved to Kingston as a young child. She married Roy L. Hilton and they resided in Kingston for several years before moving to Austin, Tex. Mr. Hilton preceded her in death.

Mrs. Hilton moved to Birmingham in 1978 and lived there the remainder of her life.

She is survived by two daughters, Laverne Hilton Oliver of Birmingham and Norma Hilton Birdwell of Austin. Mrs. Hilton has five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren..

Services were held at Watts Memorial Chapel with Dr. W. Charles Oliver of Birmingham officiating. Singing was arranged by Wesley Birdwell. Burial was in the Kingston Cemetery

Casket escorts were Charles Oliver, Wesley Birdwell, Emmett Taylor, John Harrison, Gene Wilson and Fred Hinkle.
