Mrs. Ruby Mae Evans
BIG ROCK -- Mrs. Ruby Mae Evans, 51, of Big Rock, died Nov. 14, 1977, at the Copley Memorial Hospital, Aurora.
She was born on Jan. 28, 1926, in Bastrop, La., the daughter of Oza and Dora (Motley) Whitten.
She was employed at the Western Electric Company at Montgomery.
Her survivors include three step-sons, Edward and Darrel of Big Rock and Ray of Los Angeles, Calif.
Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Nash Memorial Chapel, Hinckley, with the Rev. Thomas Pedigo officiating. Burial will be in West Big Rock Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel.
