Services for Ruby Volentine Manly, 90, of Columbia were 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2003 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Jim McKeithen officiating. Interment followed in the Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson.
Mrs. Manly was born on April 30, 1913 to the union of Addison Richard and Eula Cain Volentine and passed away Sunday, July 13, 2003 at the Citizens Medical Center in Columbia.
She was a retired clerk and a member of the Columbia Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Wilbur Manly and her son: John Manly.
Survivors include her son: Jerry Manly of West Monroe, her daughter: Christine M. Nappier of Columbia, her sisters: Mildred Braddock of Monroe and Val Frankco of Vallejo, Ca., thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
