Funeral services for Ruth Pauley, 87, of West Monroe will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 2, 2013 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. David Carlisle will officiate. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mrs. Pauley was born in Sikes, LA on March 19, 1926, to Dewey and Lizzie Goleman Waldrop.

She passed away November 30, 2013 in West Monroe. Mrs. Pauley was owner/operator of The Plaster House for over 30 years, and a member of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by husband, G. W. Pauley.

Mrs. Pauley is survived by 3 daughters, Maxie Holton and husband, Jackie, Dale Bishop and husband, Snyder, and Joan Pauley; one son, Johnny and Joyce Netherland Pauley; 6 grandchildren including special granddaughter & caregiver, Misty Holton; 5 great-grandchildren and extended family, Amanda Fury and Tammy Young; many other family members; and a host of friends.

We wish to thank our Heavenly Father for 87 years of love and care given through our dear Mother, “Psalm 36:7.”

Visitation will be Sunday, December 1, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
