Shirley Adcock Cruse Stewart

Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Adcock Cruse Stewart, 70 ,of Winnsboro, LA will be held at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Doyle Adams officiating. Interment will follow at Harris Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Mrs. Stewart was born August 22, 1937 in Mira, LA and passed away Thursday December 20, 2007 at Franklin Medical Center in Winnsboro. She was a resident of Winnsboro, a retired seamstress, and she enjoyed quilting for friends and family.

She was preceded in Death by her husband Grady Reo Stewart, father-A.O. Adcock, mother-Jettie Mae (Palmar) Adcock, first husband-Bobby Ray Cruse, 2 sisters-Eva Williams and Selma Williams.

Survivors include: son-Jimmy Ray Cruse and wife Nancy of Livingston, LA; 2 brothers-Curtis Edward Adcock and Odis ``Buddy'' Adcock both of Winnsboro, LA; step daughter-Marilyn Neaville of Ruston, LA; step son-Dennis Stewart of Rayville, LA. She was also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Terry Sharp, James Laborde, Carl Williams, Johnny Cruse, Wayne Adcock, and Phillip Neaville. Honorary Pallbearers will be Curtis Adcock and Odis ``Buddy'' Adcock.
