Funeral services for Shirley Robinson Chapman, 91, of West Monroe, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 24, 2009 at First Church of the Nazarene of West Monroe, 701 N. 4th Street, West Monroe, La. Rev. William Burtt will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Downsville, La. under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
Mrs. Chapman was born in Downsville, Louisiana, June 29, 1918 and passed away on August 21, 2009 in West Monroe, La.
Mrs. Chapman is the beloved wife of 69 years of Oliver M. Chapman. Sons; Gary Glynn Chapman and wife Glenda of Longview, Texas, Oliver Stanley Chapman and wife Betty of Shreveport, La., granddaughters: Tonia Chapman of Shreveport, La., Jennifer Nagle and husband Leonard of Tampa, FL. Mrs. Chapman is survived by two great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation on Sunday, August 23, 2009 after 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe and Monday, August 24, 2009 after 9:00 AM until service time at First Church of the Nazarene of West Monroe.
