GILL, SIDNEY THOMAS

Died 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, 1983, at Dixon Memorial Hospital, Denham Springs. He was 80, a native and lifelong resident of Livingston Parish. He was a retired employee of the state.

Visiting at Seale Funeral Home, 2 to 10 p.m. Monday. Other arrangements incomplete.

Survived by wife, Mrs. Vera Lee Gill, Denham Springs; two daughters, Mrs. Eva Morris, Denham Springs, and Mrs. Gladys Rose Cutrer, Livingston; two sons, Robert G. and Tommy Louis Gill, both of Denham Springs; four sisters, Sarah Bell Martin, Lessie Ellinberg, Gladys Mae, all of Denham Springs, and Ruby Causey, Gonzales; five brothers, Lyle, Glen, Collins, Bobby Gill, all of Denham Springs, and Dallas Gill, Baton Rouge; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

He was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
