Mrs. Snowflake Evans

Funeral services were held here last Thursday afternoon at the Temple Baptist Church for Mrs. Snowflake C. Evans, 79, who died August 27, after an extended illness. Dr. Randall Sledge officiated at the rites, which were followed by interment in Monroe cemetery.

Mrs. Evans was a longtime resident of Winnsboro.

She is survived by a son Lawrence Evans, Ironton, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Eddie Byrd, Arcadia; a granddaughter and great-grandson.
