Services for Stella Freeman Wallace of McComb are 2 p.m. Friday, March 20, at Hartman Funeral Home chapel with burial in Montgomery Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday, March 19, from 5-8 p.m. and Friday, March 20, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wallace, 92, died Tuesday, March 17, at SMRMC [sic SWRMC] in McComb. She was born Oct. 11, 1905 in Amite County to Rufus ``Pink'' Freeman and Viola Bradshaw Freeman.

Mrs. Wallace was a mother and a homemaker. She was a member of Montgomery Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband Clarence Commodore Wallace; and nine brothers and sisters: Ethel Britt, Osie Franton, Julie Freeman, Shelby Freeman, Julius Freeman, Alcus Freeman, Hosea Freeman, Wren Freeman and Pat Freeman.

Survivors are sons Clarence Rufus Wallace, of Upper Montclair, N.J.; Charles Alec Wallace, of Long Beach, Calif.; John Henry Wallace of Simpsonville, S.C.; Rudy Lee Wallace of McComb; a sister, Dixie Freeman of McComb; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
