Mrs. Thomas Rooke
Funeral services for Mrs. Thomas Rooke, 79, a former Dallas resident, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Point Baptist Church in the Combine community near Pleasant Mound. Burial will be at Pleasant Mound Cemetery.
Mrs. Rooke died Thursday at her home in Rockport, Aransas County, after a long illness.
A native of Seagoville, she lived in Dallas from 1910 till 1939, when she moved to Rockport. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Francis Fallis of Duncan, Okla., and Sevier Fallis of Tulsa, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Flora Fletcher of Dallas; a brother, Bryant Hanes of Seagoville, and three grandchildren.
