Mrs. Susie Thomason
Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Dampier Thomason, 96, of Wisner, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, at the Winnsboro First National Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Thomason died Saturday at the Catahoula Parish Hospital, Jonesville, of a long illness.
Final rites were conducted in the Holly Grove Cemetery.
She was born Jan. 2, 1886, in Louisiana.
Survivors include one son, W. E. Thomason, Canton, N.C.; one daughter, Mrs. Melissa Arno of Monroe; two brothers, K. G. Dampier, Wisner, and Lucheous Dampier, Swartz; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
