Funeral services for Mrs. Tempie Black, 93, of West Monroe, LA will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA with Rev. Danny McIlveene officiating. Interment will be at Monroe Memorial Park, Monroe, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Black was born on October 9, 1911 in Ouachita Parish, LA and passed away March 21, 2005 in West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Black was preceded in death by her husband, J.L. Black and a granddaughter, Karen Black Brown.

Survivors are three children: Eugene Black and wife, Delores, Ronald Black, Donald Black and wife, Marilyn; two sisters, Sadie Nobis and Jo Tyler; seven grandchildren; a host of great- grandchildren; and great-great- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Carl Jackson, Jay Coon, Randy Tyler, Ryan Evans, Mike Perkins, and Kevin Perkins.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 noon until service time at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
