Born December 12, 1962 in Las Vegas, NV, he was a son of Shirley and Ivey Freeman. He graduated from West Monroe High School in 1980 and was an employee of Sears and Lowes before becoming a barber. He had many interests including fishing, woodworking and collecting coins. He was a faithful member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church, which he loved so much.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Cecil and Mecom Emmons, Paul and Gracie Freeman of West Monroe, LA.
Survived by his parents Shirley and Ivey Freeman, brothers Michael Freeman and wife Gail, Bobby Freeman and wife Jane, nieces Leslie Breen and Mandy Roberson, nephew Michael Paul Freeman, 2 great nieces, 3 great nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friend Joanne Caldwell.
Pallbearers will be Jay Lavespere, Randy Lavespere, Eric Lavespere, Sean Freeman, Josh Freeman, Wallace Freeman, Earl Florida (alt) and Reggie Owens (honorary).
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 9, 2008 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
