LANINGHAM -- At the Ferriday, La., hospital, Tuesday, July 26, 1938, Mr. T. A. Laningham, age 63, of Harrisonburg, La. The deceased is survived by five sons, Laurance Laningham of Sterlington, Bobbie Laningham of Houston, Texas, Irvin Laningham of Monroe, Newman Laningham of Monroe, Ted Laningham of Farmerville. Two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Hill of Sicily Hill of Sicily Island, and Myrtle Laningham of Alexandria.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 27, 1938, at the Pine Hill Baptist church, at 2 p.m. Interment was made in the McCarthy cemetery.

Mr. Laningham was a life long resident of Catahoula parish and lived near Harrisonburg. His wife died in 1918. He was a planter and a member of the Baptist church.
