Thomas D. Rollins

MEADVILLE -- Thomas D. Rollins, 83-year-old Meadville resident, died Saturday in Franklin County Nursing Home in Meadville. Visitation was under way today in Hartman Funeral Home of McComb and will continue until services at 5 p.m. today in Hartman chapel. Burial will be in the Church of God Cemetery in Bude.

Mr. Rollins was born Feb. 18, 1902, in Franklin County, the son of Thomas Dodge Rollins and Adaline Carraway Rollins. He was a farmer and a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife Rittie Rollins of Bude; five sons Wayne Rollins of McComb; Doyle Rollins and Wren Rollins of Bogue Chitto; Ray Rollins of Brookhaven and Clinton Rollins of Columbia; one sister Miss Ollie Rollins of McCall Creek; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
