TEMPLE, THOMAS TRULEY

Died Monday, Feb. 22, 1993, at his residence in Baton Rouge. He was 87 and a Franklin County, Miss. [native]. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Visiting at Brown Funeral Home, Gloster, Miss., 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, and 9 a.m. until religious services at 1 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Cliff French. Burial in Roseland Cemetery, Gloster, Miss.

Survived by a son, Odell Temple, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Tennie Murray, Gloster, Miss.; six sisters, Ida Mae Murray, Meadville, Miss., Willenna Hall, Natchez, Miss., Lucille Abbott, Reno, Nev., Velma Hancock, Zachary, Gladys Hall, Natchez, Miss., and Delores Ratliff, Summit, Miss.; four brothers, Marzette Temple, Prairieville, Willie Temple Jr., Medford, Ore., Floyd Temple, Bellview, Fla., and Lavon Temple, Meadville, Miss.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by wife, Ernestine Temple; and parents, Thomas Willie and Tennie Cothern Temple.
