THOMAS BEAUCHAMP RITES ARE SET

The funeral of Thomas Walter Beauchamp, 70, retired well known lumberman of Monroe and Clarks, who died in a Monroe hospital Wednesday, will be held at the Davis-Lawhead Funeral Home, Friday at 2 p. m., and interment will be in Riverview Burial Park. Pallbearers were: G. O. Gray, E. M. Steeley, Bowen Zeigler, C. C. Green, C. E. McGee, J. D. Stuart, W. E. Meredith, and Evans Reitzell, all of Clarks.

Mr. Beauchamp was for 40 years connected with the Louisiana Central Lumber Company at Clarks until last February when he retired and came to Monroe to make his home with a daughter, Mrs. W. E. Bennett, 2911 South Grant street.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clarks, the Masonic Lodge of Clarks, and the Knights Templar of Monroe.

Surviving relatives are his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Miller, St. Louis, Mrs. W. E. Bennett and Mrs. T. K. McLemore, Monroe, and Mrs. J. A. Gonzales, Baton Rouge; and a son, Otho L. Patton, United States army.
