Trenoy Parrish Weeks, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016.

Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Monday in Greenwood Chapel. Graveside: 2 p.m. Tuesday at White Rock Cemetery in Shelby Co. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Greenwood Funeral Home.

Trenoy was born May 8, 1930, in Grigsby and grew up in Southeast Texas where she lived in Angelina County for 40 years. She graduated from Diboll High School in 1948 and attended business school. Worked as a bookkeeper in Lufkin for Perry Brothers up until she married the love of her life Kenneth Weeks in 1957. They moved to Fort Worth in 1970, where she continued to raised her family. Trenoy was a longtime member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She dedicated her life to loving her children and grandchildren.

Trenoy was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Weeks; parents; and daughter, Elaine Lee.

Survivors: Children, Sylvia Salter, Gregory B. Weeks and wife Mekysha and Mitzi Stevens and husband, Paul; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
