SPRINGHILL -- Troy Miller, 57, of Springhill, died Saturday in Shreveport after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Springhill. The Rev. Howard White officiating. Burial will be in the Springhill Cemetery. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his widow; one son, George E. Miller of Houston, Tex.; one daughter, Mrs. George Love of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. A. C. Galloway of Ferriday, Mrs. Dudley Richardson of De Soto, Miss., Mrs. S. E. Wright of Winnsboro; one brother, Loyd Miller of Metairie, La.; two grandchildren, Nancy and Lowry Love of Houston, Tex.
