PRESTRIDGE, ANN

A resident of Walker, she passed away on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009, at her home in Walker. She was 66 and a native of Jonesboro.

Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Sunday, Sept. 20, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes in the funeral home chapel on Monday, Sept. 21, from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by Brother B.J. Cormier. Burial in Chambers Cemetery, Denham Springs.

Survived by her children, Helen Heyse, Carol and husband Charles Cormier, Reggie Heyse, and Rufus and wife Suzetta Heyse; sisters, Frances Anselmo, Quinda Rentz and Tommie Loraine Casiky; grandchildren. Jessica and Tyler Smith, B.J. and Jessi Cormier, Tressa and Danny Gros, Brian Heyse, Nick Heyse, Mikey Gomez and Dewayne Brouillette; great-grandchildren, Laresah Gros and Seth Cormier; and numerous stepchildren, stepgrandchildren, stepgreat-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Heyse; second husband, Marvin Prestridge; parents, Andrew and Marie Helen Cobb Savell; brothers, Lynn and Carl Savell; and a sister, Joyce Hooker.

She was an avid bowler and Jeff Gordon fan.
