SHREVEPORT, LA - Mrs. Vera Willis Massa was born October 14, 1915 in Jena, LA to the late Alon P. and Venie Willis. She entered into rest Saturday, May 14, 2005 in Houston, TX.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel, Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Floyd Davis will preside. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday, May 16, 2005 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Massa is survived by her daughter, Glenda Mathews and husband, Jimmy; sister, Thelma Spears and husband, Cecil; brothers, A.P. Willis, Jr. and wife, Helen and Clifton Willis and wife, Marianne; granddaughters, Christene Mathews Chennault and husband, Clayton and Charla Mathews; great-grandchildren, Maegan, Nathan and Lauren Chennault.
