Vernette Todd, 83, died Thursday, November 16, 2006, at Pleasant Hills Nursing Home, Jackson. Visitation is today, 4-7 p.m. Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Jackson, MS. with burial in the Lakewood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Todd was a native of Jackson, Living in Jackson all of her life. Mrs. Todd was a life member of the Loyal Order Of Moose. She was retired from the Hinds County Sheriff office were she served in the processing department. She was a member of Crestwood Baptist Church.

Her survivors include: sons, Art Todd and wife Rachel of Terry., Ronnie Todd and wife Alice of Lilburn, Ga., and Marcus Todd and wife Judy of Brandon and a sister, Violet Mullins of Jackson.
