Versie B. Meredith, 93, of Vidor, Texas passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2005 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. Mrs. Meredith was a native of Polk County, Texas and has lived in Vidor since 1959.
She is survived by her two sons; Vonnie Moore of New Braunfels, Texas and David Hester of Pasadena, Texas, three daughters; LaVerne Dunman of Baytown, Texas, Betty Duncan of Beaumont, Texas and Sammie Mauk of Pasadena, Texas, ten grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Monday, March 21, 2005 from 6:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., a graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southeast Texas, 2050 Spindletop Ave., Beaumont, Texas 77705.
