MRS. H. W. BARTLETT

RUSTON (Special) -- Mrs. H. W. Bartlett, 85, of Choudrant, died in a Shreveport hospital Friday night following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the chapel of Spears-Kimbell Funeral Home in Ruston with the Rev. Fredrick Davey officiating. Interment will be in the Douglas Cemetery under the direction of Spears-Kimbell.

She is survived by her husband, H. W. Bartlett, Choudrant; six daughters, Mrs. Jim Copeland, Mrs. Mae Johnston, and Mrs. Edith Russell, both of West Monroe, Mrs. Bessie Purtle, Port Arthur, Tex., Mrs. Grace Miller, El Paso, and Mrs. Ethel O'Neil, Houston, Tex.; one son, Ray Fletcher, Choudrant; 12 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
