Mrs. V. A. Stanley

WINNFIELD -- Funeral services for Mrs. Virgie A. Stanley, 54, of Winnfield, were at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home here with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Mrs. Stanley died Tuesday in Winnfield General Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Survivors include three sons, Charles Dunn of Corvallis, Ore., Bill Dunn of Irving, Texas and David Dunn of Winnfield; two daughters, Mrs. Patsy Speerman [sic Steerman] of Euless, Texas and Mrs. Wanda Thompson of Irving, Texas; her mother, Mrs. Carrie Taylor of Joyce; two brothers, Owen Taylor of Odessa, Texas and Don Taylor of Winnfield; one sister, Mrs. Addie Skains of Joyce, and nine grandchildren.
