Mrs. V. T. Barber, Asheville.

Utica, Miss., March 9. -- The2 [sic The] remains of Mrs. V. T. Barber arrived yesterday morning from Asheville, N.C., and were laid to rest at 9:30 o'clock in the town cemetery. Mrs. Barber resided here for a number of years, but for the last cew [sic few] years she has made her home in Jackson, Miss., with her daughter, Mrs. Ida Barber Pearman. Mrs. Barber was fifty-six years of age. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Pearman, and one son, Austin Barber.
