Mrs. V. J. Harper Died Sunday In Daughter's Home

Mrs. V. J. Harper, 66 years of age, died Sunday morning about seven o'clock in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Perry Dillenback of Dayton, and funeral services were held Monday in the Dillenback home with Rev. T. Walter Moore, pastor of the Dayton Methodist Church officiating. Burial was made in the Liberty cemetery under the direction of the Morrow Funeral Home.

Surviving are her husband, W. G. Harper; three sons, Jesse Smith of Deville, La., J. M. Smith and Arthur Smith of Liberty; four daughters, Mrs. Belle Johnson of Liberty, Mrs. Perry Dillenback of Dayton, Mrs. Sidney Baccrisse [sic Bacarisse] of Houston and Mrs. Earl Brandon of Liberty.

Pallbearers were: Chas. Steusoff, Jeff Haywood, T. B. Presswood, Dozier Partlow, J. Hankamer and G. I. Mason.
