Vivian O. Buxton

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Vivian O. Buxton will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2004, at Pineville Park Baptist Church with Reverend Greg Carroll officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Buxton, 81, of Pineville, died Saturday, June 26, 2004 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Buxton was a graduate of Jena High School. During her 31 years of work, Mrs. Buxton was employed by Huey P. Long Medical Center as a Purchasing Agent. Mrs. Buxton as a member of Pineville Park Baptist Church. She was also a member of Easter Star.

Mrs. Buxton was preceded in death by her husbands, William E. Lytle and Lon E. Buxton; and two brothers, J.T. Willis and Alton L. Willis.

Mrs. Buxton leaves to cherish her memory one son, Edward H. Lytle of Pineville; two brothers A.P. ``Bo'' Willis, Jr. of Houston, Texas and Clifton C. Willis of Sealy, Texas; three sisters, Vera W. Massa of Houston, Texas, Telma W. Spears of Beauregard, and Velma W. Powell of Jena.
