FORT WORTH - Walter Rudolph Wolff, 83, retired owner of BigValue Super Markets, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 1999, at home.

Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Friday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.

Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington.

Mr. Walter Rudolph Wolff was born on March 13, 1916, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a member of the Silver-Haired Grocers Club.

Survivors: Son, Walter L. Wolff of Albuquerque, N.M.; daughter, Sandra Whittenburg of Fort Worth; sister, Marion Burdick of Azle; brother, Robert Wolff of Burleson; grandsons, Brandon Wolff of Chicago, Ill., Brian Schroeder of Irving and Chris Schroeder of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Shelby McGrath of Fort Worth; great-grandson, Evan Wolff of Tulsa, Okla.; loving care giver, Beverly Jenkins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
