Warren O. Monty

Funeral services for Warren O. Monty, 54, of 2901 Duncan Drive, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Warren H. Turner of Barksdale Air Force Base officiating.

Burial will be in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Monty died Sunday in his home. Dr. Robert Braswell, Caddo Parish coroner, said the death resulted from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Mr. Monty's survivors include his widow, Mrs. Gloria Monty; a stepson, James Monk of Shreveport; and a stepdaughter, Janet Shaver of Shreveport.

Pallbearers will be John R. Bruton, J. O. R. Kennington, Billy J. Sartain, Alton B. Jean and L. E. Wilson.
