Rev. Wayne Orman Burns, Sr.

WEST BLOCTON -- Rev. Wayne Orman Burns, Sr., age 64, of West Blocton, died Jan. 10, 2006, at home. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Lowerytown Baptist Church with Rev. John Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Kinard Cemetery with Rockco Funeral Home in Centreville directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Jennie V. Burns of West Blocton; one son, Wayne O. Burns, Jr. of Covington, Ga.; one daughter, Sheila Leonard (Ronnie) of West Blocton; and two grandchildren, Emily Leonard and Hailey Leonard.
