SWEETWATER -- Weldon Herbert Cooper, 83, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, in a Roscoe hospital. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday at McCoy Funeral Home. Service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church in Roscoe with burial in Roscoe Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Reta L. Cooper of Roscoe; daughters Cynthia Duncan of Sweetwater, Janice Harris of Pflugerville, and Debbie Downs of Germany; and sister Joyce Althof.
