LT. WILFORD D. WOMACK

JONESBORO, May 25 -- (Special) -- Funeral services will full military honors will be held for 1st Lt. Wilford D. Womack, 27, at two o'clock Saturday afternoon, May 26. Lt. Womack was killed Tuesday night when two T-33 jet trainers collided directly over the Bryan, Texas Air Force Base.

Services are to be conduced in the Jonesboro Baptist Church with the Rev. W. C. Beasley officiating. He will be assisted by Rev. David Mason and Rev. J. W. Kennedy. Interment will follow at Jonesboro Cemetery with the members of Lt. Womack's squadron performing the military formalities.

Lt. Womack was born and reared at Chatham. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Ronnie and Mack; his mother, Mrs. G. L. Womack; one brother and one sister.
