BUGG, WILLARD F., 86, of Plant City, died Friday (June 10, 2005). He served in the Navy Seabees in New Caledonia during World War II. He was a longtime businessman in Central Florida, owning a Western Auto and propane gas business in Inverness. He also worked in real estate investment and owned citrus groves in Haines City and Plant City. He was Baptist.

Survivors include a son, W. Frank Bugg, Jr., Plant City; a daughter, Ellen Rice, Perkin, Ill.; two sisters, Louise Porter, Plant City, and Aldie Osburn, Frostproof; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
